Second AC
Has anybody with the older FBC (no bunks on stbd side) put in a second air conditioner? If so where did you put it? I have a 16.5K BTU unit but it just doesn't keep up with Florida heat (90 deg. water temp doesn't help). Have windows tinted and 2 sheets of reflectix insulation under windshield cover but daytime temp in salon is still around 80. Mike Ford
Mike: That is about what mine will do on a sunny day here in SW Florida. I have foam board panels under my windshield cover, and keep all the curtains closed, and It will stay below 80 degrees but will run all day. there is just a lot of glass and cabin to cool.
