Randy, I think this would be one of those "You do it" projects. OR, get a lot of money & get a true woodworker to make you one. Al

Al I don't want the wood dash just the fiberglass console for instruments, I guess I need a good fiberglass man .

Randy, be sure to do a mock up, i was going to build one like that when redoing the bridge but found I didn't like the line of site when sitting down - looks pretty slick tho'. Ended up using some internet based aluminuim panel cutting outfit to redo the orginal instrument panel, they just didn't mention they don't treat the cut edges. Alan.
