'84 33FBC in MD

Would any of the "East Coast" boats know anything of an '84 33FBC in MD? It's listed in Yachtworld with 330/315 diamonds. There is a guy here in New Orleans interested in the boat and he's planning on flying up your way early next month to take a look.
