New Category And Small Forum Change

I have created a new category called Safety & Insurance to discuss things like insurance rates, Coast Guard related items, fire systems, etc. I moved some obvious topics in there already. I also added a cool little feature called "Quick Reply". That is a little reply box at the bottom of a topic where you can just type in a quick reply if you don't need to quote someone or add anything to your post like pictures, links, smilies or whatever. It speeds things up a bit if you just want to reply with text. Give it a try at the bottom of this page if you like!
