Ed, I take it this is a pay service similar to CarFax? Could be good. A lot of our boats are documented, and if a boat is, you can find out similar information from the United States Coast Guard Port State Information eXchange (PSIX) system. By plugging in a HIN, you can see if there has been anything major reported against the boat, and it is free. Might not be a ton of info, but it should show up something major.
