Helm toggle switch plate names

I want to have my helm switch plates re-silk screened or engraved. The port side plate (ignition) is currently unreadable and the starboard side (horn, navigation, blower, etc.) is almost worn off as well. Would anyone have a picture or list of what they should read? I’d like to duplicate the original wording. Thanks! Sheer Folly Greenwich, CT

I have the same problem and intend to engrave them this winter. I've got the switch label information written down somewhere and will dig it up and post soon. Brian '90 Bertram 33' FBC Never Say Never Westbrook, CT (Homeport) Kinnelon, NJ (Home)

I have had the same issue and I also have the configuration written down. I put labels over them last year (2004), but they are just about un-readable now. Does anyone know a good place to get them done? Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

Cool. Honestly, I can't believe you haven't had the problem yet. Yours is only 2 years newer than mine, and Brians is 2 years newer than yours! Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

Thanks all for your comments but I still don't have the information I need to have my switch plates silk-screened. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me the exact wording for the switches so that I can keep the original appearance. A picture would work. Thanks! Sheer Folly Greenwich, CT

Have you called Bertram? They are very helpful to owners and should be able to provide it to you. There is a link on the link page to the "Mothership". Good luck, 1979 Bertram 33' FBC ALEXANDRA Port Richey, Florida

Mike, They are the Det-Mar's. I've actually been looking to replace the tach's as they're getting sticky....only way to fix 'em is to slam on top of the console.....always makes the passengers good and comfy ! But they'll be low on the priority list for at least another year, who knows....might even go the flo-scan route. Take Care, Rick Ticket 85 SF Falmouth, MA
