very cool, you never know what you will see when out on the big blue. my last 2 trips i have seen whales i dont know what kind, my guess is pilot but those are the first i have ever seen in florida. the other cool thing i saw on my last trip from key west to marathon was a couple of very large pods(50-60) of bottlenose dolphin and they were jumping 20 feet in the air. cool site, we've seen dolphin out there too, but not bottle nose....they were darker. It's amazing that they're smart enough to swim right through our bait without ever touching the hooks. Rick Ticket 85 SF Falmouth, MA

I was out in the hudson canyon last year and was lucky enough to see a small pod of 4 killer whales. The one was a male and the dorsel had to be 4 feet tall. Unbelievable. Mike Mike Lawrence 81 sportfish 33' shot'n'beer
