You guys may already have this-or something like it-like Terra-server. You can go to google.com and download the basic version free. The system reqirements are hefty but they tell you on the site what you need to run it.The program is essentially a searchable, digital world atlas. Not good for marine navigation but the resolution in some areas is better than others.I could make out boats in our marina but not enough to identify. Las Vegas,New York and Orlando(WDW) are pretty interesting places to visit. It's not real-time but places I've seen look like probably photographed this year. The neat thing is you can fly over the map, zoom in/out, tilt etc-I think some of you guys are pilots-you will love this.

Wow, that sounds pretty cool Mike. I will have to check it out. I wonder if you can save snapshots of the images? David Sumich 33 Megabites Huntington Harbour, CA Forum Administrator
