It's that time.

Post by lobsta1 »

I am no longer getting old. I am old. Since I do everything myself health issues can make things very difficult. In the last three years I have fractured my hip twice, have had back & knee problems & am now dealing with a torn rotator cuff which I can't get repaired due to other issues.

So I am selling my 1978 B33 FBC with my dockominium as a package deal. The kicker is I don't want to let it go until Sept. I want $80,000 for the package. Docko fees are $2200 total annually. That includes water & electric. I have been here since 1989. You can leave your boat in all year.
PS No water available in winter.
Slip is at Tuck Point, Beverly Harbor in Ma.

My boat has gas Mercs. Both engines have had the heads replaced. In last 2 years oil & tranny coolers have been replaced along with the oil lines. Port had elbows 2 years ago. Stb this winter. Gas tank is stainless steel.
6.5 kw Westerbeke generator. New exhaust manifold last spring

30 gal. holding tank
55 gal water tank
11 gal water heater
1978 33 FBC NITES OFF

Sorry to read this Al. I know your love for your boat and boating. You've been a great help here on the forum and for me personally. I'm sure you'll find a way to stay near to the sea and boating.
