Gunny, Have I a deal for you. Take a ride down to Danvers, Ma this weekend. On your way you can stop at Hamilton Marine & pick up all my zincs as well as a couple of 3/8th silicon bronze bolts, washers & nuts. I'll pay you when you get here & then you can take my manual to a Staples or Kinkos & get it copied. It has all the wiring diagrams with the colors for everything. With either gas or Cummins diesels, with or without generator & with or without air conditioning. It's all there EXCEPT the Merc wiring harness. Since mine is a 1978 it's probably the same as yours. I'll be hauling out at Danversport yacht Club on Friday & hope to splash either Monday or Tuesday. Al 1978 33 FBC NITES OFF

Al, I would be glad to stop at Hamilton's and get your zincs (Wayne is a good freind of mine and i was one of his first customers) and bring them down but i have visitors coming this weekend. What kind of bribe would you take to have copys of the wiring diagrams made? Gunny

Gunny, No bribe needed. It's just a matter of time. Even though I'm retired, I'm out straight for the next month at least. I have the Friday haulout. After I'm back in, I have to help the heating guy put in my father's new heating system. The Admiral's brother has me lined up to trim out a few rooms. My neighbor is waiting for me to do some remodeling work & replace a couple of windows. I've got a 1/2 dozen trees to take down & then get them ready for the next heating season. (Last winter I went through over 4 cords. All cut & split by hand.) I've still got to finish setting up my workshop. Just picked up a used bandsaw that I've got to refurb & add a 6" riser block to. In between I'd like to get in some diving & boating. Maybe I should get unretired. Al 1978 33 FBC NITES OFF
