35 Convertible

Looking at a 1977 35 convertible. Any advice on where I might look for the serious issues? Are the stringers on these Berts cored?

Rotting deck, rotten aft bulkhead, bulkheads busted loose from the hull sides, rotten rudder supports / bad rudder bearings etc.

Wow, certainly not Commanderesque. Thanks for the info. Are the stringers in the 35 glass or encapsulated plywood like the 33?
