My two cents, no chance. As has been discussed here many times, these boats do not attract that type of valuation. I can tell you the boat is pristine in many ways but has no genset, no AC, and needs new electronics fairly badly. All of which can be done for a price - but a big price that makes paying $70 grand not workable. And, no AC is a deal killer for many people looking at the Convertible version. My sense is that the 33s above $45 grand are either restored at a level that is crazy nice - or been for sale for a long time. If he gets it, all the power to em.
