Mystery thru hull

Stole this pic from the 35 rebuild thread on tht. This guy had the cummins 555's in it which my 35 also had at one point in time. All of his thru hulls in the engine room are in exactly the same place as mine as well. This is the thru hull I'm wondering about. [img]http://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-mZvNj ... G_0030.JPG[/img] He says he is currently using it for his generator which has been moved in front of the stbd engine. My boat, when I bought it, had a watermaker attached to that thru hull with the generator still underneath the cockpit. Anyone know what it originally served? If your 35 has it installed what are you using it for?

My saltwater wash down is using that through hull. I'm not sure if that is factory though
