Al... Interesting! Doug still gets through from his home, but gets the Hacker msg when he signs on from work.. I can sign on with the URL you gave me but still get the hacker msg when I sign on with the old URL I have used since first I came here. I am sure Al Gore has something to do with all this!

Frank, I have the same scenario going on with my computer as you do.

Well, he invented it. So he has the right to destroy it.

Bill... As I said.. I am sure this is all Al Gore's fault! To add more questions.. when I try to delete the old address in my Favorite Places and keep only the new address Al uses Windows comes up with a message box saying the old address is invalid or is too long, and it won't let me delete it! WTF? I wonder if nobody else is posting because they are using the hacked "Bertram33.com" url and can't get on? Frank B - IRGuy@aol.com "Phoenix" 1983 FBC Cummins 6Bs - 315HP

Frank, I don't use IE unless a site only works with IE & not Firefox. On yours, what happens if you go to the Favorites folder WITHOUT opening IE. If you don't know where the folder is, do a hard drive search. Once you find it, click it open & find the main B33 URL. Just hi-lite it, right click & try to delete it. Let us know if that works. Al

Al... Thanks.. that worked. Still have no idea what is going on.. and I suspect some of the regulars here who don't use the B31 forum are getting locked out by the hack job.

I emailed David earlier today, but I haven't heard from him yet.
