Brady's all done for '08

Any one remember when Mo Lewis collapsed Drew Bledsoe's lung back in 2001? Everyone (myself included) thought the wheels had just fallen off the bus. The Pats wound up going 11-5 and won the suber bowl, beating the greatest show on turf. This team has more talent and an eaiser schedule (back in 01' the starting tail back was Antowain Smith and the WR's were Troy Brown and David Patten). My prediction is that the Pats will go 10-6 or 11-5 and win the division.

Don't worry doom and gloom, they'll be OK. I'm not saying they'll steam roll people, but they still get 10 or 11 wins.

LOL,"doom and gloom", your so predictable. Easy schedule yes, division win no. There won't be a team in the playoffs they can beat with the team they had on the field yesterday. 8-8 would be a successful season. Just happy it happened now and not in week 10, there is still hope for next year. Unless he retires...

In Bill we trust. That's what I keep telling myself. C'mon....we all know the game is about defense and Belichick is the master. This Cassel is hungry, knows the plays, has mobility and at the worst....has an adequate arm. The rest needs to be seen. But I think they're going to make the playoff's or better. The Jets will be a good test and with the Pats D line, Favre (why isn't it pronounced "favor") will be in the next bed over from Brady. Rick Ticket 85 SF Merc 454 MPI's Falmouth, MA

Unfortunetly I am true Jets fan, but also a Giants fan (both local teams, so I can justify it due to different divisions). Benefit is we always look forward to 2 games a week (thats hard to say as a Jets fan). Can't say the say the same with the Mets and Yankees.......Go Mets! Capt Rich Catch 22 1989 33 FBC

What a great defensive game and now we know Cassel can at least play comfortably with his team. No big mistakes and a few good plays. It's going to make every week interesting. Although I think we have to wait until week 6 when they play the Chargers for the next true test. Rick Ticket 85 SF Merc 454 MPI's Falmouth, MA
