It's a good thing I installed my underwater lights. While we we installing the lights we discovered that the swim platform never had any nuts put on the bolts that hold the swim platform on. All the bolts were in but no nuts. Above or below the waterline. I assume the boat came this way from the factory. At least I know how well 5200 works. THAT is scary! Think how many people have stepped on the swim platform since the boat was new! Elderly people, pregnant women, someone holding a baby or small child... an invitation for a disaster, maybe even a lawsuit! Frank B -

I hate to think what could have happened. I know the boat had been surveyed at least twice and it wasn't found. I don't know how many times I have looked around back there and not seen it. Buzz buzzk 1988 Bertram 33 FBC Buzz Off Morehead City, NC

No there where no nuts or washers marks on any of the bolts. If it was just one or two bolts without nuts I might think the nuts had backed off. But none, not one bolt had nuts. Buzz buzzk 1988 Bertram 33 FBC Buzz Off Morehead City, NC
