Price per oil is down to 118.00 a barrel. Why isn't the price at the pump going down too? I know no one has a answer, just like to bitch.

I know road diesel has come down from 4.69 to 4.35 in Virginia beach, at least a fill up in the chevy is only $100 now!

Hey Guys; I paid $3.63 a gallon for BP with no ethanol in Hilton Head, SC yesterday. Road diesel was spotted at $4.43 per gallon in GA. I chatted with the owner of the marina that we use in JAX last week. He said that they have never had ethanol as far as he knows. He just redid his contracts to get ethanol-free gas at 89 octane only. No price drop yet. Road gas in Jax is down to $3.78 per gallon, but with 1 to 10 percent ethanol at all pumps. FYI Capt LuLu

The price for diesel in southern Maryland is $4.50 per gal. I don't have to tell you it has been a hard charter fishing season with these high fuel prices both on the industry and our clients most everyone is hurting.

Oh ya, it's killing boating. These things always take a couple years to truly show it's impact. Major marinas around here are taking huge hits on dockage, service, fuel sales. I'm sure the government will bail us all out, just like the mortgage debacle. I'm thinking of just charging thousands of dollars of diesel and then saying later that I can't pay for it. I didn't know what the hell I was doing.

I paid $4.33 / gal yesterday delivered. No E10! In one of my other posts, I stated I got 145 gal of E10 from one of the marinas that said they didn't pump the crap. I added another 80 gal of Bahama fuel after that. I ran the boat down to about 20 gal. reloaded and dumped in some Star-tron. So hopefully that stabilized everything. Still see some "coffee ground" stuff in the main filters, but that was no surprise as low as the fuel was. No water, and no discoloration. Just have to keep checking those filters!
