lift for dinghy

hi guys im pete from the 33 side of the house anyway can anyone help me with an idea to help lift my inflatable 110# with a 4hp yamaha 45# on to my fore deck without buying one of those Huge cranes. My rig weighs less that 160# total and i realy dont want one of the ones that i have to put the pole thru my cabin into bildge.. Any ideas Thans in advance..Pete
