Is Roger Guilty ?

He misremembered ? I always respected Roger for his work ethic, but I'm sorry, this guy sounds so guilty it's not even funny. It's down to he-said, he-said. They're going to have to prove that McNamee actually communicated the steroid injections to Roger either Verbally or in writing. So that is going to be mighty tough unless they have a document or tapes somewhere. Rick Ticket 85 SF Falmouth, MA

Yes. His wife did it. His best friend did it. His trainer injected both his wife and his best friend, but he didn't do it? Come on? Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

He would never be found guilty in a court of law, to much reasonable doubt. But, public opinion has shown convincingly that people think he is lying about using steroids, and that is what kills Roger the most. The fact that his "legacy" is ruined forever, no Hall of Fame, no life after baseball is punishment enough for him. More names to follow I'm sure, this could go on for years. Great job Bud Selig, Players Union. I always remember Roger as the guy in 1986 who took my friends sister home after meeting her at the bar "Serendipity" in Fanuel Hall. You can figure out the rest. I'm assuming this was one of Carmen's friends and not Dinah's. Aren't you supposed to be having lunch with the wife? Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

Just finished lunch, and it was a friends sister, not a sisters friend. Bill 1989 33 FBC Ipswich, Ma. > ~-------
