I would like to purchase a portable fuel bladder or something of sorts to put in the back of my 6.5' bed of my pickup truck to get gas from the local gas station. Any ideas? The max dimensions are 4' wide, 6.5' long, and I'd say 1.5' high, could be a little more I guess. My real plan is to drive 20 miles to get ethanol-free gasoline for my fiberglass tank, to hold me over. Thanks in advance, Justin. Justin
Try the back section of sportfishing magazine, as I have seen ads for fuel bladders in there. I have thought about getting one for overnight trips when I want to try running out 100+ miles, but I am not sure where I can put one that won't screw up the ride out. Mike C
Justin, My friend got an old fuel tank out of a boat I think it is 100 gallons and put it on a flatbed trailer he hooked up a fuel pump and nozzle with a 100' hose, I tow it behind the expedition and back it in my driveway. The hose reaches to my boat in the back yard.Works great.
