Is anybody else getting these? Sometimes it takes 1 or 2 minutes for the forum to load or a particular subject to come up. Now I'm even getting the following message. Al "Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113' Script timed out /forum/topic.asp The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools."

I haven't seen that error, but have noticed the forum taking a long to load and sometimes, responses take a long time to post. Is it getting time for us to purge some of the old sticky's and clean-up a bit ? Seems like it but that's a lot of work for one or two people. Can we spread out a clean-up effort ? If Dave decides that we can help somehow count me in. I was going through the membership list the other day and noticed a lot of names that have never posted anything or have not posted in a long time.. maybe it would be a good idea to clean this list as well? Maybe post a message saying if people don't respond in a month or so, or post anything in that time, they will be deleted or put on an inactive list that will be purged in three months? Hate to remove people who have a sincere interest and might visit but don't post, but over time I think any member list will get bloated and needs to be cleaned. Does anyone know if the forum has internal features that make this possible without too much work? Frank B -

Our host provider often moves stuff around on their servers. When these moves occur, sometimes things get slow. Usually things return to normal in short order.
