leaking windsheild ?

Our 1985 has water leaking into the bunkroom. Have pulled the headliner down - seems to be leaking thru the access hole for the corner bolt for the windshield post. Has anyone else had this problem? We are thinking it maybe the windshield itself is leaking! If so - has anyone pulled the glass out and relayed it? BIG piece of glass - hate to break it!!!!

I think We have had the same problem with water leaking into both the bathroom and closet on the other side. We found the water was coming in from under the window frame and finding the hole where the frame is bolted to the boat . To resolve the problem we cleaned out all the old silcone between the frame and the boat and resealed with new silcone. I did post info on this a few months ago if you do a search you should find it. Aussie Syd ,, how far did you have to tear your windshield apart to reseal/find problem ?? I'm not fired up about this project after doing a complete interior & re power last year Rebel
