Stove Replacement

You guys know if the typical electric 3-burner stove shown in West Marince catalog fits in our boat as a replacement? I did counters, fridge etc last year and it's time to replcase the old one - it really sticks out and hardly works. The one in West catalog looks identical to the one I have but shows no dimensions and I'm not near the boat. Would like to know for sure if possible. Painful price tag but I want something that slides right in and not sure there is an alternative. Thanks.

GMarty... Do you have any pics of the interior rebuild project you mention above? I am about to start my interior and am looking for ideas, pics, sketches.. anything that will give me some ideas. My present counter (on stbd side of my '83 FBC) has been severly hacked up by the last owner, there is no stove, and I am planning on cutting the whole thing up and starting from an empty salon. George, What's the model number of the one in Worst Marine's catalog? Is it a Princess? To my untrained eye, this model looks like it would fit: http://www.clrmarine.com/m4_view_item.html Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

Doug, good timing. I yanked mine out last night. I think it is a perfect match to that new Princess. I can't go over to the boat tonite, but I will tomorrow. I'm hacking up my cabinets now Frank! But mine has the "L" shaped counters. What !@#$%^ PITA! The whole counter is one piece. I had to use a jack to pop up the end at the bulkhead. I'll hand it to Bertram, these cabinets are really in there. I'm going to have to break out the sawsall. With every screw , nut and bolt taken out, I can't budge them. They glued them and screwed them. Gene Dugan Boca Raton, Fl. "Nauti Marie" 1989 33 FBC

George, I would look at defenderus.com. Better prices & they give dimensions. Also, next month they will be having their clearance sale. Everything they have is 10% off. They do the same 10% online. Al 1978 33 FBC NITES OFF

Defender has that model for $399 right now. At the sale it will be another $40 off. Of course that is assuming that is the one that George wants. Al 1978 33 FBC NITES OFF
