Frank, I do have some, but I am going to try and post all at once so I don't have to aggrevate myself more than neccessary. I flunked post, paste, cut, resizing school(pathetic I know). I hope to post some next week. I should get some great pictures this weekend. Bill 1988 33 FBC Ipswich, Ma. > ~-------

Hi Bill How's the boat coming? Any idea when you'll be running north? Just got word from my marina that the slips won't be ready until last weekend of may. Guess that nor'easter made a mess out of things there, so i can't head north until probably 5/26. br Joe

Joe, Just got the bottom stripped, I need to go down and paint it this weekend. Still need to do sea trial and Cummins sign off. Soooo.... its looking a little tight for the 18th. I'm going to Nantucket Memorial weekend, so those days are out. Looks like first weekend in June. I'm in no rush though, could be week after that. Keep in touch. Hey, does this look familiar? She floats, she's clean, and looks like a little glass for the microwave door and she is ready to go back to work: http://www.yachtsalvage.com/Listings/YS070004.htm

Quick update, the seatrial went very well. Hit all the numbers, boat ran very smooth and fast. Feeling the boat cruise effortlessly at 22-24 knots was awesome. We did have a minor oil leak that was fixed asap. Cabin is being put back together this week and boat is getting a real good cleaning inside and out by the guys. Got the name on her, rebuilt the head and freshwater system. Looking forward to getting her home and finish getting her up to snuff. It will be a lot easier having her 20 minutes away instead of 3 hours. The seatrial seemed to go so quickly, can't wait to run her home and really spend some time on her! Might do it in one day, 10-12 hours, or spend Sat. night in Onset by the Cape Cod Canal. Weather is looking good. I can't say enough good things about Bill Landen who did the work. Always listened to my input, answered my calls every single time over the last 4 months, and was always a real gentlemen to deal with. He absolutely loved working on the Bertram, he appreciated the straight forward design and simplicity of working on these boats. I am looking forward to showing her off to all of you in the near future! First Mate Doug will be joining me, along with my son and Father-in-law. Can't Wait!!!!!!!! Rick, should we swing by???????
