B.O.W is Boat Owners Warehouse. I don't know how big they are. They are trying to do some web sales, but don't have it set up very well yet. Closest one to me is in Pompano Beach on Sample Rd. They always have that hard to find stuff. They are a Mercury OB & Inflatable Dist too. Prices are about the same as all the others. and it is the only place I have seen the plumbing and all the fittings. Gene Dugan

You got it, I just need that female piece for the b-room faucet. It threads onto a T fitting which ties in the ater lines. Looks simple enough but not so easy to find.

Check with High tide marine. I do believe they carry those parts. Mike

Those fittings come in 2 sizes. come in a pack of 2. I know I have the larger size that fits the waterheater. I'll look up under the sink and see which one it is. These all came with the cheap ass faucets. I got to go get some stuff in Pompano this weekend if I can. I'll buy extra and see if you still need one. Gene Dugan

I went to Boat USless and then to BOW yesterday. I bought some 1/2 inch OD plastic pipe, a male "T" and some 1/2 OD female fittings. I notice on the package it says you can also use this stuff with copper? Haven't tried that yet, but am about to. Still need that female fitting? Give me your address. BTW I went out Sat. It was really nasty. 2-4 & 4-6 by 10 AM and getting worse. I love this part. We took a break inside before going back to the dock. The only boats that were left off-shore and came in with me...1 33 Bertram SF, 3 42-46 Bertrams and 1 48 HAT. The big boats were charters, and there were some pretty sick people hanging over the rails. Truly a Bertram day. Gene Dugan

Hi Guys, Happy spring in New England! Regarding the gray pipe on our boats, it is the polybutylene piping that has a very bad rap in homes but is graeat on boats. It is called "Qest piping" and is available from several on-line vendors. Last year I orderd a bunch a connetors and fittings to have for those odd breaks at the worst time. This stuff is great for us winter-overs. It has a little expandability so even when the pipes freeze "a little" the pipes do no burst.
