All you people that sleep feet forward; with a full tank of fuel aren't your feet higher than your head? Al

Feet to the bow as it seems that the bow is lower that way, plus the light is right above my head then. Captain Larry Wren 305-360-4900 www.apirateschoice.com

man what have i started, i WILL DUMP THE FILLER in the morning and sleep feet to bow like i did last time . I just told my CHARMING BRIDE she LOST the argument , of course she made me show her all your post, so if ever in miami waters BEWARE OF THE MAD CUBAN BLONDE aboard the GRANDEUR. BTW the kohler factory rep was out on my boat to check the genny situation and he said the genny was perfect and the co sensor was good, he said i must have a very tiny exhaust leak in my mufflers or somewhere back in my genny bidlge. I guess i will try to find it and if i cant i will add another blower where he showed me to install iy.. Thanx Pete

Funny how everyone's got a story about this, here's mine. We've been putting the kids in the v-birth since they were little, using a baby gate to make sure they stay. Most recently our futon (which had a nice mattress) is out of commission due to damage while in storage during the repower. So we put the kids on the blow up mattres in the salon and the wife and I in the V. Our boat seems to be bow high with respect to the V-birth so with feet to bow it feels like your sleeping on your head. Not to mention the last time we did that I got up and was preparing to leave the marina and let the wife sleep in. Well there's a nice teak magazine rack on her side right above where her head was. As I'm going about the business of stowing gear for the trip back to Baltimore from Rock Hall, I hear a loud thump come from the fwd stateroom followed by a groan. Knowing my wife's German temper, I just cringe and keep working. To confront her might unleash the terror on me... Well after about 15min she stumbles out of the cabin in a very grumpy mood. It seems she had been in the twilight zone after hitting the rack... So we no longer sleep feet to bow!

My fiancee says it is bad feng shui to sleep feet to bow but I have more room that way...so it is. I am the captain!
