Sean, There is just one inlet and one outlet hose take those off close the seacock .turn batteries off and disconnect power cables and the remote switch cable from the main unit. The hoses may not be easy to come off and flush the toilet many times before you start. It goes in and out pretty easy ship the whole unit to raritan.Raritan in Fort lauderdale was great to work with and had it back in about a week.It was well worth the effort. They even upgraded the unit to make the motors run more efficient

Tim she's doing fine. We were in your neck of the woods last month and spent a few days at the Naples City dock among others. Our trip took us to Keys, up the west coast, to the lake and back. We were out about a month and had a great time. As far as Wavy Gravy, now Destiny, we had some electrical problems which I sorted through and the Auto pilot may have given up but she is running great. My neighbor had some good results from Raritan when he had them rebuild his unit. It was under $300 and as you indicated they upgraded the unit. I am having a problem with the mixer on mine. It continues to blow fuses although the motor runs perfectly when jumping the fuses. (probably overamping) I am considering either replacing the motor or have the unit completely rebuilt. One thing the tech rep stated is they do not have parts for the old controllers only the electronic units. I will probably take a trip to their shop and see what I can work out before I pull the Letrasan. George Skillas 33 FBC Destiny - 1983 Deerfield Beach, Florida [img]

Tim we did not plan to go through the lake only to Moorehead City and return. I was told that the level at that time was 3'2" and I'm sure it's lower today. There are two routes across the lake and the rim canal channel was closed. During our trip we didn't know where we would be at any given time. Next time I'll give you a call.
