Where is the Tac Sensor located on the 5.9 cummins?

Mine is on the transmission housing.

It is on the bell housing, it counts the teeth on the flywheel. It needs to be adjusted very close but not touching the teeth. Like, tighten it down to touch and back it off 1/4 - 1/2 turn.
