Does anyone know how to update a Garmin 3210

I have a 5-6 year old Garmin 3210 Chartplotter, It came preloaded with all the US charts but I want to update the preloaded charts in it. Has anyone here done this and what is the cost?

I updated the software in my 3010c a few years ago. Had to call Garmin and put a $50 deposit on an update card that they mailed to the house. Updated the unit and mailed the card back. Otherwise free of charge.
