Hi Brian; Have not seen you and the family in Montauk. Hope all is well and we will see you next summer. I had a great boat with the OMC sea drive and loved the picture of the SF Bert, although I think it is not practical power option at all. I have the FBC with CAT 3126 420 hp and could not be happier for every reason. Also followed your lead and installed a WEMA and Cruz Pro fuel gauge. Will post the “how toâ€ using the Frank Price tank dimensions and calibration procedure so you do not need an empty tank. I did this following a canyon trip where the gauge failed sometime during the night. When I fired the engines up for the 100 mile run home, the gauge read empty and the aft bilge ran pumping red fluid. Thought the bilge was full of diesel but was merely Tuna Blood.

Capt Rich: Family is doing great, but back in the job market since July so had to limit the number of overnights we were doing this summer. Look forward to getting back over to Montauk next summer and we'll definitely look you up. Glad to hear the Cruz Pro fuel gauge is working for you. This takes away all the guess work! Glad you only had Tuna blood in the bilge!
