New Fiberglass Tank

Post by JohnD »

I just spoke with High Tide about tanks for the B35 and found that they don't make them yet. In order to make them they would need orders for at least 3 The cost of a 190gal tank is $4,300 and for a 300gal it would be around $5,000 to $7,000 At $5k I would be very intersted especially if we could get the capacity up to 300 or 350 gallons. Anybody else intersted?

Dug, When I considered everything, I figure I won't be ready to spend the $$ on the Cummins for a couple of years. A while back I felt cornered and that a repower was my only option, not so now. At $5k, it's about $3500 more than replacing with Aluminum and would be a permanent fix and one with industry certification. Besides even if I do go with Diesel an extra 50-75 gallons would be good and there's always the rumor that Diesel will get ethanol as an additive. br, JohnD
