DRILLING+CUTTING FIBERGLASS

I HAD THE PANELS OVER THE ENGINE BOXES FABRICATED OUT OF FIBERGLASS.THE OLD ONES WERE SCREWED ON.I AM LOOKING FOR BEST WAY TO DRILL HOLES FOR SCREWS AND ALSO CUTTING A HOLE FOR A FRESH WATER WASHDOWN WITH MINIMAL CHIPPING

I would use a sharp, hard drill bit for the drilling. If you get the rpm's up and don't use excessive pressure you should cut without chipping the surface. For the holes I think a good holes saw is your best option. Be sure to square up to the surface and don't let the drill wobble.
