Good Deal for someone looking to upsize

Post by dougl33 »

http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listing/ ... slim=quick& Could be a really good deal if it could be had for $130K. Figure another $20K-$30K to rebuild the mains and the gennie plus maybe $5K or $6K for some new electronics. Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

I sure love the 37. Sweet looking boat. I saw a 42 on eBay this week that had been fully submerged from Hurricane Hugo (in 2000?). I can't remember the exact price, I think it isn't up there anymore, but it was 30 or 40 thousand. I think putting 100 to 120 thousand into something like that would not only get you a great big boat for low cost, but since you would have to redo so much, you could really make it just the way you wanted also. If I find the link, I'll post it. David Sumich 33 Megabites Huntington Harbour, CA Forum Administrator
