I was in the BW store a couple of days ago and was surprised that they had a bunch of new merchandise shipping boxes on the floor and were restocking their shelves. I suspect this might be due to one of two reasons.. Either they were emptying their own warehouses or.. The company they have retained to liquidate their stock is shipping new stuff in. There have been cases here where a liquidation company brought new stock into a bankrupt store and priced it at higher than normal prices to dupe the people who came in thinking everything was being sold at distressed prices. Another note.. I know one of the local West store people pretty well, and he said he had heard that West might be taking some of the BW merchandise.

The guys that I know that work at BM told me that BW was emptying their warehouse. AS far as I can tell the Atlantic Beach store didn't raise their prices and then give the discount. I'm going to wait before buying. 10% off isn't enough off for me to buy something to stock pile until I need it. Buzz

Liquidators are out to do one thing, and that's make money. They will play games with the prices and inventory. Trying to trick the consumer, while offering no returns, no refunds, sold as is. Don't be surprised if you see them selling Oriental rugs in the stores at some point. They love to do that. WM prices are so high it's comical, I'm sure with no competition they will get even higher. Do they still price match on internet deals?? Shopping online is the best way to go, as long as you don't need it right away. Where else can you get Micron CSC for 130.00 bucks a gallon, only on Ebay of course!
