The electronics kind of stink and there's no windless, but everything else looks very good. Lots of good updates. I like the custom live well on the transom. Good luck. I wonder if they mean the 3116, not 3216. 3216 is not an engine I am familar with. If 3116 @420HP any know anythng about that motor? P.S. I am a beggar amd cannot be a choser. I care more about what is with the boat works well and is in good working order

Bill, A little dyslexia there maybe? They say 3126 not 3216. Al "2006 Re-Built 3126 CATs (420 HP each) New Long Blocks New Heads New Turbos Teleflex Electric Shift Controls "

This one is worth a look. I've spoken to the owner, he's helped me out with my install of the same motors. Due to time constraints and the type of fishing he wants to do the B35 doesn't fit. At this price, you're getting a repowered boat for pennies on the dollar (believe me I know!). Looks like it's rigged and ready to go. It may be the upper end of what you want to spend but if its in as good as shape as I think it is, then you'd be ahead in the long run. John D "Lady D" Bertram 35 Pasadena MD

With 2006 rebuild's (assuming low hours, not a commercial), that like buyingdiesels and getting a free boat! Capt Rich Catch 22 1989 33 FBC

Well I am thinking about committing a cardinal sin. There is a Albemarle 325 in Miami that wants to trade me for my SeaCraft http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listing/ ... 76321&url=

If you want a Bertram, I would wait. If you are interested in that style Albemarle why not look at a 33 FBC? Buzz

You don't want that boat or those engines.

The 3116 Cats were a problem engine with a bad history! They led to the 3126 engine, which some say was somewhat better, but not much. I looked at boats with both, but after asking around I decided to stay away from them. After two "small boat" problem engines in a row Cat has disappeared from the sub 400 HP market. There are some owners who stand by them, but with their reputation in the boat market you would probably have a lot of trouble selling the boat later... plus parts will most likely be hard to find in the future. I knew you guys would bring me back to reality. I got caught up in the moment of an offer to trade and relieve me of the SeaCraft , and get me int o a boat soon. I n other words I was pushing the issue, which I promised myself I wouldn't do.
