Great Boat Still Available
Just to let you all know our '87 FBC is still on the market. Great boat-always stored under roof. Located in the Keys. No reasonable offer will be refused. Mike Smith 317-965-3322

$45.000! There go's the market. Looks like if I ever do sell mine, I might as well put it in the back yard and make a tiki hut with it. quote:Originally posted by smithmk913 We would start at $45,000. It is shocking isn't it? Being a "buyers" market sure is making things look awful. But I think in the long run we will be o.k. as far as getting a good price for our boats. As for now, I would plant it in the backyard also, rather than give it away. It's just a BAD time to sell. I agree. No way I'd sell in this market. $45K is way too little money for that much boat. Regards, Doug L. 1986 33 Bertram FBC Queen Elizabeth Marblehead, MA

Has this boat just been repowered? Wow if that's the case you might as well keep it and enjoy it for a while. In order to sell something in this market it takes a fire sale. I wish I didn't own a boat because now sure is a good time to buy. Buzz buzzk 1988 Bertram 33 FBC Buzz Off Morehead City, NC

I saw that the other day. Not that I have the money or the space for a 54, but I did look at a bunch on yachtworld yesterday. That's a great looking boat, but I couldn't afford to run those 12-71's. My dream boat Miss B. It will be interesting to see what the bidding tops out at. I could never run those big diesels. 63 gph! It makes pouring 32 gph down the throats of my old gassers seem economical...at least I'll telling myself that every time I'm at the fuel dock this summer. LOL Brian
