I'll be happy to let mine go for $129,000. Or you can buy a "cheap" one and spend lots of time and money fixing it up to what I already have.

Joe, I guess it all depends on your price range.

The one shown with a full tower and cats is a lot less then $129,000.00 Matter of fact you could pay the shipping and excise tax and still spend less than 129000. If you are interested I will sell the boat in the fifties. The tower alone was 26k four years ago. Please let me know if you need any other questions. Guaranteed Fish Raiser!!!!!! Hi Larry. I went to your website and unless I'm hitting the wrong button, your photo album doesn't appear to be there. Tom

@Iwrenn - would you be interested in selling without the tower?

The tower was custom made to the boat and will stay. The upper station has engine starts, throttles and clutch's, horn, and vhf. If your a fisherman there is a 1100 gph bait well pump and a spare thru hull for a second. Photo bucket, http://s248.photobucket.com/albums/gg194/larrywren/

The fish was released unharmed at the transom and not weighed but I would guess 400 to 500 pounds. It was fun for all and the reverse gears got a work out! On the subject of selling the Bertram I am ready if there is anyone really interested and will not waste my time with Ebay again as the low bids and trade offers do nothing for me. If anyone wants the boat I will sell it in the $55,000 price range. The boat is run easy and well maintained. The only item not functioning is the auto pilot. I will also be removing the furuno gps/radar. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions. I would prefer a private sale with not brokers commission to pay. The boat will be hauled in November and the House to be re- painted and hull to be buffed. I will also be sanding and refinishing the wooden floors in the cabin.

You guys may get the same mailing, but a broker from Denison Yacht Sales in Ft. L. sends out a quarterly list of sold Bertrams, just got it today, here are the 33's: 1982 / FL / 67,000; 1988 / FL / 27,500; 1985 / CA / 46,000; 1979 / LA / 30,000; 1980 / MA / 144,500 NOT ME UNFORTUNATELY. Quite a range !!!

$144k. Nice to see that a well cared for and updated 33 will get a decent sale price. Still a bargain.

It has occurred to me that the fact that a 1980 in MA is listed as sold for a very high price may be some clever marketing on the part of this broker sine he sent it to an owner of a 1980 in MA?

You would think he'd go the other way with that to get your price down. But if you're on the fence about selling, then maybe ! Rick Ticket 85 SF Merc 454 MPI's Falmouth, MA

I'm not thinking of selling. This mailing was a "cold call", so it could make someone give it a thought. I'm sure brokers are trying anything to sell a boat these days.

Now if we all just stopped selling our boats, the price would go up. Rick Ticket 85 SF Merc 454 MPI's Falmouth, MA
