Thanks- it Looks like a good source..also if anyone needs- i had located that T base rubber vynil strip that slides in the top channel right Off the shelf. Its made by MD 1/2” H x 37”L P/N 04226. A Whopping 3 bucks.

As may be expected, Danny at High Tide was the best source for the two types of door seals required for the bottom and side seals. The top rubber (windshield wiper style ) strip seal he did not have so will improvise on that one.

May have too if High Tides seal kit doesnt match. Just fired him
Some pics. There are three different types of extruded seal
Strip platforms (bases) for this door. Top is rubber, bottom
And stb side are grey plush felt with different bases.

Salon Door Seals

Hi all- Has anyone replaced their salon door seals at some point. I have the door off for maintenance looking
For a source. Theres the bottom grey “fuzz” on the bottom and the rubber edge type seal for the top.

35' Cutlass Replacements

3208T 1.5" shafts. Any insight if you have replaced the upper bearing without removing the shafts? Suppose the thought is to first remove the lower then the upper then slide the upper thru the lower housing? first time so looking for the pros and cons. Thanks Hector

Posting updated resources located in MA in case you want your Windscreen and Frame Rail redone. I used polycarb to replace plexi. Rich cut and drilled exact fit with new sealing strips in the frame like factory. Had the frame rail Powder coated gloss like new. SMI has a variety of color options. Vet...

Thanks for the input guys. Decided on clear polycarb. Glass guy will cut , drill and install with new seal in frame. One item I can save time on for something else. With new bridge enclosure done last fall this screen and rail Are a final touch. should brighten Her up quite a bit. HR

Hey Doug I've got my windscreen frame and bridge rail off and to the powder coater. . Curious how did your green plexi perform over the years? Was thinking light green Lexan as easier to cut n drill Without possible cracking during the process. Thanks. Hector
