It's not a scam. I was on the boat Thanksgiving weekend at a private party in Bay Shore(Long Island),NY. The owner is a speculator and lives up the block from me. The boat is awsome!. There were three protypes built - this is one of them. The engines have been detuned. And all the secret anti terror...
