The bathroom blower on my 1978 with lower starboard helm is located under the cabin floor in the engine room on the port side right against the outer wall just as high up as possible. Hi Justin, My boat had blisters. Similar to yours. Didn't faze me when I was deciding to purchase. We sandblasted them.
