There was an article in one of the fishing/boating magazine High lighting someone in N.E. Fla. (St. Augustine or Jacksonville)that specialized in Bertram rebuilds. Does any one have the contact info? Thanks, Dan

Peter I did not file a claim. When they installed the second generator the mechanic circled the section of the work order that said the generator would not be covered for water intrusuion. It is my understanding that the first year designation is when the keel is laid and the second number would be the model year. My hull number is 79 but Bertram has confirmed it is indeed 1980. thanxs for letting me add my two cents Cpt. Dan

Sean I have a 1980 S F with 3208 cats As I have stated b4 I added angle to the out bound edge and now have a lot more bow down trim than b4. Have not seen any negatives. Symeon, I store my 5 hp out board between the engines on my s.f. model, easy to acsess thru hatch and out of the way. built a small cradle that holds the shaft end up so prop doesent touch and enginge rests on cowling. Dan
