I needed to find replacement lens for head light fixtures. Found the manufacturer at www.progressivedyn.com. Unit part number is PD761. They are the 5" square ones with white lens. Quoted price is $8.10 for the entire fixture. 84 cents for replacement lens. They're located in Marshall, Michigan...
